Our Philosophy
We believe that all children should have both parents involved in their lives. That the family court systems need to revamp there current way of thinking "winner takes all." We believe that the family court system should default to joint physical custody, 50/50 visitation time, and child support orders need to be reviewed and change to fit individual situations. We believe that children regardless of how much commute time there may be deserve to see both parents equally. We believe that both parents should be equally responsible for the financial burden children play in their lives. We believe that children learn and grow better emotionally and psychologically with both parents involved.
Family court systems have driven non custodial parents out of their child's life for far to long. We have to stand up now and fight for equality in the court room. Too many children have grown up with one parent with no explanation of why the other parent is not fit to see their child 50 percent of the time.
